Cranberry

Season

Late September through Late November

Benefits

Cranberries are low in calories and offer a good source of vitamins and fiber. They are particularly rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin K, as well as manganese. They contain carotenoids, including beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A for healthy skin, eyes and a strong immune system. They also provide lycopene, which may help protect the skin from UV damage.
